If you love Scotland Yard, think of this as being the game that takes that concept to the next level. Dracula leaves a trail of five locations behind him, making it easy to discover his path; but he also leaves traps and creatures behind him as he goes, so the hunters need to prepare for any confrontation.
It’s a bit longer than Scotland Yard, but if you’re a fan of that game, you’ll love this one.
(Side note: The game does not feature a lot of horrific imagery on the components. It is unlikely that a player would be put off by the pictures on the cards.)
In the very small genre of hide and seek games, Scotland Yard is a classic. One player will be Mister X, making occasional appearances around London, with the other players springing to action to track him down. (Comes with a nifty black ball cap for Mister X to wear, too.)
And if you love Scotland Yard, check out the more advanced Fury of Dracula, in which the hunted gets to hunt and cause trouble for the hunters.
